Acting as a customer, you will be provided with online shopping lists and be required to test various products and services from our business partners. Secret Shoppers will report on the level of customer service, friendliness and support they receive from our representatives. They will then complete and return reports on their daily activities and the staff they meet. They will receive an initial paid training before starting the position.
